Who It's For

This is for the Muslim woman in her 20s who is self aware enough to know something needs to change but still finds herself reacting when she wants to respond, shrinking when she wants to stand firm, and doubting herself when she knows better. You're not starting from scratch. You've done some of the thinking. But awareness alone hasn't been enough to shift the patterns that keep showing up, in your relationships, in how you carry yourself, in the way you feel about who you are.
If you're ready to move from knowing to actually changing — this is for you.

About Me

Hey my loves, my name is Radja. Ethnically I'm Algerian but I live in the UK. By nature, I love to help my muslim sisters where I can and when I noticed silent struggles that are difficult to name but still prove to be significant obstacles in our day to day- I knew this was a gap that needs support.Things like feeling emotionally overwhelmed, being reactive instead of grounded, people pleasing/ shrinking and lacking self worth are things I've noticed not just in our generation but in our mothers, aunties, grandmothers and I realised we need to be the ones to break that cycle. So, I took my degree in BSc Psychology, my training in coaching and aimed it specifically at the audience I find dearest to my heart; the struggling sisters in their 20s.
